1 Don't use disallowed modifications

- 1.3 No binding mouse clicks to keyboard keys
2 No hacked clients
3 No chat spamming
4 No doxing, threatening or harassing anyone
5 Don't advertise
6 Respect staff members at all times
7 Do not impersonate staff
8 No inappropriate language or skins
